RSC (Regular Slotted Carton) is the standard Amazon-style shipping carton — four flaps that meet at the top and bottom, sealed with packing tape. RETF (Regular End Tuck Front) is the mailer format — a tuck-front closure that closes without tape, with a friction-fit or self-locking tuck. RSC is the material-efficient choice for fulfillment (faster to erect on a packing line, minimal board waste). RETF is the premium choice for DTC unboxing (no tape, cleaner presentation).

B-flute for standard ecommerce (under 8 kg); C-flute for heavier items (8–15 kg); BC-flute for heavy freight (15+ kg).

B-flute (2.5–3.0mm) for standard ecommerce shipping — the default for most DTC orders under 8 kg. C-flute (3.5–4.0mm) for heavier items (8–15 kg) — higher crush resistance. BC-flute (5.0–6.0mm, double-wall) for heavy-duty freight (15+ kg) or fragile items — two fluted layers plus three liners. When in doubt, choose B-flute — it is the industry default for ecommerce shipping.

We provide white samples (unprinted, exact construction) in 5–7 business days and printed samples (your artwork, finish, and color) in 7–10 business days. Sample fees are credited back against your production order. For RSC shipping cartons, the white sample also confirms the flute type, board grade, and ECT rating — critical for carrier shipping protection.

B-flute ECT 32 passes standard parcel carrier drop tests (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) for items under 8 kg when packed with appropriate void fill. For heavier items (8–15 kg), choose C-flute ECT 40. For fragile or high-value items, choose BC-flute 200# burst. We can provide ISTA 3A drop test documentation for an additional fee if your retailer or 3PL requires it.

Corrugated board is curbside-recyclable in standard paper streams and is the most-recycled packaging material globally. If you choose a litho-lam wrap with foil or lamination, recyclability is reduced — check with your local recycler. For brands making a sustainability claim on-pack, choose FSC-certified board, water-based ink, and skip foil. We supply chain-of-custody documentation for all FSC-certified projects.

Standard production runs 10–15 business days after sample approval — the fastest lead time in our catalog because RSC cartons are machine-converted with minimal hand labor. Flexo-printed cartons run faster (10–15 days). Litho-lam shippers run 10–15 days because the litho-lam wrap adds a pass. Air freight (5–7 days) and sea freight (28–35 days) are both available.
