Perfume packaging is the most-photographed category in beauty. We produce rigid two-piece fragrance boxes, sliding drawer boxes, and folding cartons with luxury finishes. Fragrance buyers — from independent artisan perfumers to multi-SKU luxury houses — share a narrow set of priorities: protecting a heavy and surprisingly fragile glass bottle in transit, matching Pantone color on a surface that will be photographed from every angle, and fitting a non-standard bottle silhouette into a retail-ready format without waste. Typical MOQs are 300 units for a rigid two-piece box and 500 for a folding carton, with volume orders of 3,000–10,000 units common for brands stocking department-store counters. Lead time is 10–15 working days from sample approval, and we strongly recommend an extra two weeks for orders that require custom inner tooling to fit a new bottle shape. Common pain points include foam inserts that mark the bottle surface, magnetic closures that rattle open in the mail, and surface coatings that reflect unevenly in product photography. We solve these by using soft-touch paperboard inserts instead of polyurethane foam, specifying double-magnetic closures for international shipping, and recommending low-reflection matte or soft-touch laminations for photo-heavy brands.
