Jewelry packaging has to be small, light, and disproportionately elegant. We build jewelry boxes, earring cards, ring cylinders and pendant sleeves in rigid, folding and insert formats. Jewelry buyers — whether independent goldsmiths or multi-SKU ecommerce studios — consistently face the same hurdles: producing a premium look at a unit cost that does not cannibalize margin on a $60 necklace, sourcing small-batch runs of 50–200 units without paying a huge premium, and matching the interior lining color to their brand identity. Typical MOQs range from 100 units for rigid jewelry boxes down to 50 for earring cards and paper sleeves. Established brands with retail stockists often run 1,000–5,000 units per SKU to cover seasonal replenishment. Standard lead time is 12–20 working days from sample approval; bespoke lining colors or specialty hardware can add an additional 10 days. Common pain points include flocked inserts that shed in a retail display, ring cylinders whose lids slip open during international shipping, and surface finishes that pick up fingerprints in photos. We address these by using high-density flocked board sourced from ISO-certified suppliers, adding internal friction tabs to cylinder lids, and recommending anti-fingerprint matte and soft-touch laminations.
