Sleeve-and-tray
Outer printed sleeve over a rigid tray — easier to ship, easier to photograph.
Jewelry Packaging
Jewelry packaging has to be small, light, and disproportionately elegant. We build jewelry boxes, earring cards, ring cylinders and pendant sleeves in rigid, folding and insert formats. Jewelry buyers — whether independent goldsmiths or multi-SKU ecommerce studios — consistently face the same hurdles: producing a premium look at a unit cost that does not cannibalize margin on a $60 necklace, sourcing small-batch runs of 50–200 units without paying a huge premium, and matching the interior lining color to their brand identity. Typical MOQs range from 100 units for rigid jewelry boxes down to 50 for earring cards and paper sleeves. Established brands with retail stockists often run 1,000–5,000 units per SKU to cover seasonal replenishment. Standard lead time is 12–20 working days from sample approval; bespoke lining colors or specialty hardware can add an additional 10 days. Common pain points include flocked inserts that shed in a retail display, ring cylinders whose lids slip open during international shipping, and surface finishes that pick up fingerprints in photos. We address these by using high-density flocked board sourced from ISO-certified suppliers, adding internal friction tabs to cylinder lids, and recommending anti-fingerprint matte and soft-touch laminations. From stud-earring cubes and engagement-ring boxes to earring cards, pendant sleeves and branded shopping bags, every jewelry order is color-proofed against a physical sample before production.

Yes — custom-color flocked and suede linings.
Interior suede and flock linings are available in standard stock colors or custom Pantone matches. Custom-color flock requires a 1,000-unit minimum and adds 10 days to lead time; stock-color linings are available from 100 units with standard lead time.
Internal friction tab + shrink wrap.
Every ring cylinder and drawer-style jewelry box ships with an internal pressure tab that keeps the lid or drawer closed in transit. Wholesale orders are additionally wrapped in a protective shrink band to prevent accidental opening during customs and courier handling.
