Typical MOQ is 1,000 units for folding cartons and 2,000 for kraft paper bags; brands with national distribution often run 10,000–50,000 units per SKU. Lead time is 18–28 working days from sample approval, with an additional week required for orders requesting third-party migration or food-contact certificates. Common pain points include bags whose seams split when filled with granular products, cartons whose ink rubs off onto the customer hand, and PLA-lined bags that tear at the seal when hand-tied at retail. We address these by double-seaming the bottom of kraft bags, using scratch-resistant aqueous coatings on all carton exteriors, and specifying peel-and-seal tape closures on kraft bags that need repeated opening.
