From snack bars to sauces to specialty chocolate, we make FDA-compliant paper packaging for food brands. Water-based inks, food-grade boards, and barrier liners for direct-contact applications. Food packaging buyers face a matrix of constraints: FDA compliance for direct food contact, grease and moisture resistance for oily or wet products, shelf-life stability for long-CPG products, and a price point that keeps the pack affordable at retail. Typical MOQ is 1,000 units for folding cartons and 2,000 for kraft paper bags; brands with national distribution often run 10,000–50,000 units per SKU. Lead time is 10–15 working days from sample approval, with an additional week required for orders requesting third-party migration or food-contact certificates. Common pain points include bags whose seams split when filled with granular products, cartons whose ink rubs off onto the customer hand, and PLA-lined bags that tear at the seal when hand-tied at retail. We address these by double-seaming the bottom of kraft bags, using scratch-resistant aqueous coatings on all carton exteriors, and specifying peel-and-seal tape closures on kraft bags that need repeated opening.
