Custom Cosmetic Packaging

Beauty packaging that lives well on a vanity and on a shelf.

Beauty brands live or die on the unboxing moment. We manufacture cosmetic packaging for skincare, makeup, fragrance and haircare — from 15ml serum cartons to 100ml fragrance cartons, with foiling, soft-touch lamination and embossed details. Cosmetics packaging buyers navigate several sharp tradeoffs: matching PMS color across cartons, rigid boxes and shopping bags; hitting a price point that keeps margin on a $25 serum; and sourcing refill-ready formats that customers will actually reuse. Typical MOQ is 500 units for folding cartons and 300 units for rigid boxes, with volume runs of 5,000–20,000 units common for established brands that publish multiple SKUs per season. Standard lead time is 10–15 working days from sample approval, with an extra two weeks recommended for orders requiring FDA-compliant ink certificates or specific refill module engineering. Pain points buyers most often bring to us include weak insert geometry that rattles in transit, mismatched ink color between cartons and rigid boxes from separate runs, and laminated finishes that cannot be recycled. We tackle these by color-managing the entire order through a single press profile, engineering paper-based inserts that hold without rattle, and offering mono-material folding cartons with plastic-free windows. Whether you are launching a single serum or a 20-SKU makeup collection, we produce SBS cartons, magnetic-close rigid boxes, foil-stamped paper bags and window-patched retail packaging. DDP shipping to 50+ countries including USA, Canada, Germany, France, UK, Italy, Spain, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia — no surprise customs fees.

02

Quiet luxury palettes

Off-whites, warm sands and dusty olives with restrained metallic foil — moving away from loud glossy color blocks.

03

Mono-material cartons

Single-polymer inserts and plastic-free windows to keep the recycling stream clean.

Frequently asked

Questions about cosmetic packaging.

SBS with soft-touch lamination.

SBS (solid bleached sulfate) gives the brightest print and is FDA-approved for outer cosmetic packaging. Soft-touch lamination adds the velvet feel that signals premium.

Yes — foil stamping, metallic ink or metallic board.

Choose metallic board for the broadest reflective surface, foil stamping for the highest fidelity logo, or metallic inks for a budget-friendly accent.

Yes — modular rigid box + inner refill.

We design rigid outer boxes engineered to accept swappable inner refills. The refill sits in a paperboard tray that can be removed and replaced; the outer box remains with the customer. Refill units are printed as separate SKUs and ship in minimal secondary cartons.

Yes — water-based, FDA-compliant inks.

All cosmetic packaging uses water-based inks suitable for outer primary packaging. Migration certificates are available on request. If your product requires direct contact with the paper substrate, we recommend a food-grade SBS board and a separate inner liner.

50 units for rigid boxes, 500 for folding cartons.

Our standard MOQ is 50 units for rigid and magnetic boxes, and 500 units for folding cartons. This lets you test a market without committing to volume. From 500 units upward, offset printing becomes more economical per unit. Sample fees are credited against your first production order.

White sample 5–7 days, printed sample 7–10 days.

After design sign-off, a white sample (uncut, unprinted) is produced in 5–7 business days. A printed and finished sample follows in 7–10 days. Production runs 10–15 business days after sample approval. Total door-to-door: 3–5 weeks for most orders.

Yes — Pantone spot colors across all formats.

We match Pantone spot colors across cartons, rigid boxes and shopping bags through a single press profile, ensuring color consistency across your entire product line. Physical color proofs are provided at sampling stage for approval before bulk production.
