Lead time
Standard lead time is 10–15 business days after sample approval. Paper tubes with metal ends run slightly longer (10–15 days) because the metal-end fitting adds a step. Air freight (5–7 days) and sea freight (28–35 days) are both available.

Body caliper (300–600 gsm)
300 gsm for lighter items (lip balm, solid perfume). 450 gsm standard. 600 gsm for premium weight and larger tubes. Higher caliper = stronger premium signal but higher cost.
End material
Paperboard ends standard (no additional cost). Metal ends (tin or aluminum) add a modest per-unit cost — food-safe and premium feel.
Lid type
Lift-off friction-fit standard (no additional cost). Screw-top with threaded metal ends adds a modest per-unit cost — airtight freshness seal.
Wrap material
