Seasonal sleeves
A printed sleeve over a permanent inner box — easy to refresh the design every holiday without re-tooling.
Chocolate Packaging
Chocolate packaging balances food safety, premium presentation and seasonality. We produce folding cartons, two-piece gift boxes, and seasonal sleeves for chocolate makers and confectionery brands. Chocolate buyers must solve three problems at once: preventing cocoa butter from blooming through temperature fluctuation, keeping the unit price of a premium box low enough to sell at retail, and supplying seasonal designs that refresh every holiday without massive re-tooling costs. Typical order runs are 500–2,000 units for artisanal chocolatiers and 10,000–50,000 for confectionery brands with national distribution. MOQ for folding cartons is 500 units; rigid two-piece gift boxes start at 300 units. Lead time is 15–25 working days from sample approval, with a three-week buffer strongly recommended for Christmas, Easter and Valentine launches, when factory capacity is booked well in advance. Common pain points include inserts that crumble when a customer opens the box, surface coatings that pick up finger grease on a supermarket shelf, and cartons whose foil stamp scratches against its neighbor in the shipping case. We address these by using food-safe paperboard inserts designed for reuse, specifying anti-fingerprint matte and soft-touch coatings on retail cartons, and supplying shipping shippers with die-cut partitions to prevent foil-to-foil contact during transit. From single-bar folding cartons and two-piece bonbonniere boxes to rigid gift sets and luxury paper bags, every chocolate order is color-managed across box, sleeve and bag to the same Pantone profile.

Frequently asked
Yes, FDA-compliant options.
We offer water-based and soy-based inks that are FDA-compliant for indirect food contact. Migration test certificates are available on request.
Yes — custom die-cut sleeves.
Seasonal sleeves are produced at a 500-unit MOQ and fit your existing box footprint without re-tooling the box dieline. Sleeves are supplied pre-folded and ready to slip over your box at the point of retail. A standard sleeve design refresh costs under $200 and reuses the same die.
Anti-fingerprint matte or soft-touch lamination.
Anti-fingerprint matte and soft-touch laminations hide finger grease and shelf scuffs on retail chocolate cartons. Gloss UV is available for accent areas but is not recommended as a full-surface finish for products customers pick up and inspect.
